Please contact Hyrum Portlock, Treasurer for purchase of items. (treasurer@utahmayflower.org) or fill out the google form below to order items. Please indicate which item you would like to purchase and quantity. You will then, receive a quickbooks invoice for payment. Once payment has been submitted we will deliver/coordinate the delivery of items.
