Would you like to serve on the board? Did you know that Utah Society of Mayflower Descendants is fully staffed by volunteers? Each serves in his or her position for approximately three years, which means that there are always opportunities to join as our leaders rotate responsibilities. The Mayflower Society Board meets twice per year at a central Salt Lake City location to plan and coordinate, with the bulk of our activities directed towards planning our bi-annual banquets for May and November. Getting involved provides a great opportunity to make friends while serving, to contribute our talents to the greater community, to learn new things, develop new skills – and to share in warm camaraderie with a great group of Mayflower cousins.
